LEOMI-586 Insertion Thermal mass flowmeter has been developed as a new Measuring system which combines separate analogue controllers for high resolution & very fast response together with a very new and high performance digital microprocessor controllers for long-term stability & very high absolute accuracy instead of a traditional drift prone Wheatstone Bridge for controlling over temperature(ΔT). This ensures guarantee stable electronic evaluation for Thermal (Calorimetric) Probes with excellent electrical characteristics.
LEOMI provides special sensors as HALAR® and PFA coated for special applications.
LEOMI-586 HALAR® is special version of sensor with coating of a copolymer ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene. It has an excellent corrosion protection & good insulating
properties used for corrosive gases at low temperatures (except strong oxidizing acids & amines). Coating has good mechanical strength, weather & radiation resistance properties. It is used for various process gases such as Sulphuric acid, Nitric acid, Hydrogen sulphide, Hydrochloric acid, Chlorine gas etc.
LEOMI-586 PFA is special version of sensor with Perfluoro alkoxy (PFA). It is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and perfluoro ethers. PFA has good anti-adhesion effect, hydrophobic, excellent corrosion protection, superior creep resistance, high chemical inertness properties. It is used for extreme resistance to corrosive gases at high temperatures. It can be used for various process gases such as process gas mixtures, flue gas, flare gas, waste-gas, landfill gas, etc.
