Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The role requires frequent travel to meet clients, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Present, demonstrate, and promote company products/services to prospective clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data
• Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Ready to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred (Added Advantage)
• Experience in B2B / industrial / instrumentation / technical sales
• Knowledge of automation, testing, or measurement solutions
